When I was a little kid, I had a pet duck that my grandmother would regularly threaten to roast. Which in hindsight was kind of a fucked up thing to do.Thankfully, she never carried out her threat.

Oh how precious! People are so weird, I always had pet rabbits, and sometimes when guests came over they'd tell me about all the times they ate their own pet rabbit... or something like that.

My mom used to threaten to throw away my brothers little stuffed animal Mr. Hooper, that put him in his place real quick. He loved that little thing. I gave thanks that my mom pulled that, it kept my older brother off my back. Great picture once again.

your painting is adorable in everyway! i can't believe your grandmother threatened that! that is f-ed up! i love that you have this completely sweet and innocent work with a twisted story behind it. that to me is funny, and probably makes it my favorite so far. but seriously the idea of doing that to a pet is not cool! i'm glad ducky kept safe!
