Illustration Friday: Crash
Whatever mischief these little guys were up to, it definitely crashed and burnt! Now, they're in trouble...
I had a lot of fun making this piece this weekend. A friend gave me a new set of paints for Christmas and I tried them out; these are colors that I don't normally use, but I like how they turned out.
Thanks Marjo :)

Beautiful, great style. Love your "sprout illo" too.
The duck did it! See how he's trying to blame it on the snake?
That one in your thumbnail is superb...funny idea and nice style...
I love this piece.
Cool effect with the new paints!
I love this piece. You have such great characters! The colors are fantastic!
Love the idea and image.
From the looks on the faces of octopus and sheep, they figured it would end badly from the start.
... I've never seen a sheep in the company of an octopus before. Cool.
i love every single one of these characters!
oh, this is beyond darling... i love everything about it: the story, the rendering, the palette! what a talent!
my two cents: i think the snake did it. he still has his prison clothes on... he escaped, grabbed this bunch of innocents and did the job... and, now they'll all go to the slammer. a sad sad tale.
